Hi Sangmin, I use the version 19.540.21 to check with this issue. But i can not heard any sound from BT earphone. It seems to set volume to volumeDb:-758.000000. Hello, Jerry, If you can't hear any small sound through BT earphone, please test using BA01 RCU again. It's same there is very small sound when I connect the earphone through BA01 RCU. Please let me know if you still can not hear any small sound or not. Thank you. Sangmin Choi. |

Hello, Jerry, I didn't test with Youtube and I think there is no sound in Youtube when I set the volume as 0. Please test it with live channel. Thank you. Sangmin Choi. |
